Sometimes you have to push yourself out of your comfort zone. I’ve had a request to paint on a much larger scale which meant switching paper. An artists’ tool is everything and changing something so important as paper means the entire process has to be adjusted. This piece took a lot of courage to create and a lot of determination to create the desired effects on a completely different surface.
