View from the Cliff Walk (M&M Trail) at Mount Tom. Oil on 16" x 20" canvas. I hiked up Mount Tom in Holyoke, Massachusetts on a beautiful, warm day in October 2024 and began this painting on-site, hiking back down with the wet painting in the dark! I finished the painting at home in November 2024. This view is from the glorious Metacomet-Monadnock Trail (M&M Trail), which traverses the top of the cliffs along the Holyoke/Easthampton border.
