Blue Moon Over the Backroads

The road depicted in this painting could be any of the mysterious and well traveled back roads in our home in the Appalachian Mountains. The painting was done during an August Blue Moon and is a blend of realism with impression that will hopefully please the viewer's eye. The painting was chosen in the fall to grace the label of a special edition wine at our local Watauga Lake Winery.
